The Central Ohio Chapter of The Penn State Alumni Association awarded the Franklyn Ingram Spirit Scholarship to three recipients for the 2020 Fall semester. Receiving a $2500 scholarship is Megan Goldstein, a 2020 cum laude graduate of Bexley High School.
