The Central Ohio Chapter of The Penn State Alumni Association awarded the Franklyn Ingram Spirit Scholarship to three recipients for the 2020 Fall semester.

Receiving a $2500 scholarship is Megan Goldstein, a 2020 cum laude graduate of Bexley High School. She is attending Penn State’s University Park Campus and will major in Political Science.

Receiving a $750 award is Elise Drager, a 2020 graduate of Pickerington North High School and the daughter of Matt & Shelley Drager. Elise is attending Penn State’s University Park Campus and will major in Forensic Science.

Also receiving a $750 award is Samantha Handmaker, a 2020 graduate of New Albany High School. Samantha is attending Penn State’s University Park Campus and will major in Pre-Medicine.

The scholarship is named in honor of the late Dr. Franklyn C. Ingram who earned his masters and doctorate degrees from Penn State.
