The Pennsylvania State University Alumni Association is the world’s largest, dues-paying alumni association. PSAA supports nearly 300 regional chapters, interest groups, and societies. The Central Ohio Chapter is the PSAA’s official chapter for Franklin County Ohio and the surrounding counties.

The Chapter is a 503(c) charitable organization. The Chapter is lead by a Board of local alumni who volunteer their time and talents to the Alumni Association. The Franklyn C. Ingram Spirit Award Scholarship is also a 503(c) charity managed by local alumni volunteers. In addition to the Board members, an Executive Committee of volunteers supports Chapter activities.

Our mission:

To promote the fellowship and welfare of Penn State alumni, students, parents of students, and other friends of the University residing in the chapter area by providing information and services.

Throughout the year, the Chapter provides opportunities for alumni to come together to show our Penn State Pride. Our most notable events are a student send-off picnic in the summer and football game watches in the fall. When other sports teams come to Columbus, the Chapter promotes the games and can sometimes secure blocks of tickets. Check our home page frequently or follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or X (twitter).
